Returns & Exchanges



To ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange or return merchandise to Harley London within one weeks (7 days) of the delivery date. Sale and custom orders do not qualify for refunds and exchanges. All merchandise must be in perfect, sellable condition with the original packaging attached. Merchandise that has been used, altered or damaged will be denied. Refunds will be applied to the original payment method.

Return Process

Please follow these steps to ensure your return process is simple and correct. Call or email a short message that includes the item(s) purchased, date of purchase, reason for return, and U.S. telephone number.  You will be contacted within 1 week with a return address.  Please track and insure your merchandise. Harley London will not assume responsibility for lost or damaged packages.

Once we receive your returned package, you will be sent an email notifying you that we have received your return. Please note that this email will be sent to the email address provided on file. Should your return be accepted, the credit will be placed on the original form of payment and should appear on your next statement.

Denied Merchandise

If your returned merchandise is not accepted, you will be notified via email to the email address on file. You have two weeks (14 days) to reply with a written request for the return of your merchandise, in which you must agree to pay for return shipping and specify the method of payment for this service. If this is not done within one month (28 days), you are authorizing Harley London to dispose of such merchandise.

Non-returnable items:

  • Custom Orders

  • Earrings (health purposes)

  • Gift cards

  • Sale Items

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Please allow 1-3 business days for your return to post onto your credit card on file. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.  A refund confirmation will be sent to the email address on file.
